Stretching along the coast between Dymchurch and Littlestone-on-Sea, St Mary’s Bay is a sand-shingle beach with sensational scenery.
This part of the beach is around half a mile wide at low tide, making it hugely popular with sunbathers and those wanting to play in the sand.
A promenade runs along the beach should you fancy a stroll and there are often ice cream sellers in the summer.
Dogs are allowed on the beach from the beginning of October until the end of April.
